Smile Good time to buy in Gateshead?
Looks like the housing market in the North East could be bottom-ing out! The news says that the North East has taken a battering in house prices--might be a good time to buy now? Wonder what Sarah Mains and Pattinsons opinions are!

Looking on rightmove there looks to be some great deals out there in both newcastle and gateshead, but like you say, is it ever a good time to buy in gateshead
