Neighbour from Hell in Gosforth

My neighbour thinks im a neighbour from hell just because i complain about him lighten fires in his garden.Not like a normal person though - he lights them at about 11pm - 12pm at least once a week and the cracking fire noise is right outside my bedroom window. last night he kicked off with me for me complaining. Who can I complain to?

id call the 911 number and report the beggar to the council!

Clear all your valuables out then visit the petrol station get two cans of the finest flamable liguid when he turns his back chuck em over the fence hopefully it'll spread to his house and you will not have a neighbour to complain about.:cool:

I live in Gosforth and theres a lot of odd folk around....im thinking of moving to jesmond, student life should be better there!:)
