I am really disgusted by the "ignorant tramps" who fly tip. Why cant they put there rubbish away responsibly???
I also read today in the Journal that Gateshead Council reported 17000 cases of illegal dumping but didnt prosecute one person. Is this true? and if so what actually deters people from doing this stpuid thing.
