Time for the Euro?

Everyone seems to be converting to the euro.....how long is it b4 we follow? Is it a gud idea to give up the pound,(is just me who thinks its quite worrying) we may also have the euro in a couple more years. Will this be a good thing for our heritage? I dont really know that much about the benefits of the euro but surely it will have a huge impact on our day to day lifes? I dont know.....maybe someone can shed some light?

A start of an intelligent chat on a GEORDIE FORUM?????????? The pounds so weak against the euro now, your not gonna get many sangrias to the pound! Why dont we join up properly, are we really better than our european counterparts?

Na it doesnt really worry me.......we cant stop it even if we dont want change............wotever will be will be!! Maybe its time for a change.......:D

We should join the Euro, It seems like we are the outcasts of Europe. Whats the problem with the Euro. Some of the older generation are saying "Keep the Pound" WHY! Lets become part of the Eropean Party. If we dont we'll end up being just some old fashioned country.
