I tell you - Im so pleased the warm days are slowly but surely coming back! Im sick of freezing outside having a tab just so those snootys can sit in their smoke free zones. Bars have always been a smokers place anyway, and am sick of all the people who hardley went out say "if it wasnt smokey id go out" look smokings now banned and you still dont go out! So why dont they let us just smoke in the pub and if you smoke police dont like it then dont come in. stay at home and have a cup of tea.
You'll be trying to stop us smoking outside next.

I wouldn't say we are snootys..... i would just say that non-smokers are fed up of putting up with the smell of tobacco on our clothes and hair. If you want to smoke then that is your personal choice.....why should we have to put up with the consequences aswell. I think banning smoking was the best idea yet!

Loopy - If you dont like smokey pubs dont go in them. Im fed up with all these do gooders who might go to the pub once a month. The money the government gets off taxes is enough so we should be looked after!:p

I agree with you Loopy. Slowgin is a typical smoker, ignorant of others. If I smoked I'd have no probs with smoking outside. Smokers ! just keep out of my way.

Slowgin - Actually i am a regular in my local pub, so i wouldn't presume you know everything about us non smokers. I think the best thing to do is too keep the smokers outside. I think you are showing up the smokers out there who understand not everyone enjoys stinking, even if you do!!
