First off i think our company has let it be known to a few senior managers that they are reducing the week multiple for redundancy payments from 3 to 2. Is this a contractual change or can they get away with it. I was happy in my mind that i would have 14000 in the bank if they got shot of me now it'll only be 9000 i'm starting to get worried. If they change it to two now then what is to stop them from moving to 1 week then i will be in the Plop
