It would help everyone if you put down the cost hehe. You might get some interest. I have actually seen them for around £550 a month on rightmove. (i'm just a nosy b*ggr)

Well I spose its cheaper than buying a flat down the baltic. A 90% mortgage has got to be more than that rent. Is the service charges included - how much are they?
