Heres hoping with the Northern Rock giving out more mortgages that we will see more sales going through.

I cant belive the difference between now and 3 years ago - ITS unbelievable.

just announced that average price is £7k down from last year..even more unbelievable..nice to see how much prices have gone down in newcastle and gateshead..it must surely be a buyers market, especially if people have the cash to invest.
