My mum used to go here and loved it, moved to SOuth Shields now though so it's just a bit out the way. Mind you I think she like the gossip rather than excercise.

How do you know i hear you ask we'll i used to Do there advertising design Phew must be 9 years since they started so it was a while ago Debs who started the business and now runs the Sunderland one is a fab instructor. For them it's all about getting you fit with out being fancy.
