Was talking to a supplier today who lives in St Albans, he wondered why he hadn't had any orders recently i said w'ell i was trying to get in touch last week. He replied
Ihad to take a couple of SNOW DAYS, whats a SNOW DAY i ask, OHH its when you can't get to work because of the SNOW, a bit like a sick day, so what does that mean you get a bollocking when you get back then.
NO he says and this is strites, he says I get sick days EH i says, his reply i get 5 sick days a year where i can just ring up in the morning and say i'm not coming in cos i was too drunk last night or what ever and that goes toward his sick days.
for gods sake no wonder banks won't lend to businesses these days
