Driving across the Tyne Bridge today I saw half a dozen lads walking towards newcastle and at least 3 of them had sunlan shirts on!!!!
I was appalled, should these shirts be allowed in the city >I was too late in spotting them to stop and tell them to turn around and walk the 100 meters back to their turf.

New Proposed Fees for all travellers to newcastle!!
Millinium Bridge £2
Tyne Bridge £5
High Level £10
Redjeff £1
Swing Bridge £4
If we charge money it might make newcastle a little bit less accessable to gateshead and it;s mackems lol.

Typical Newcastle fans, as a Geordie born and brought up in Denton, i have been a Sunderland fan ever since 1974 when my uncle took me to my first match in them days most people were keen on both tyne & Wear teams doing we'll and lots of folks went to watch who ever was playing at home on the weekend they had enough money to go and watch a football match.
This led to lots peopel like me being Geordies proud of where i live but lovin my team oh and by the way it's
HA'way the lads not Howay the lads lol

I have seen you on the days of you home games going toward or coming away from Central station i have often wondered the following
1. Could i go and walk about in Sunderlund Sheety Shenter in me colours.
2. If you had just been adopted by Geordie parents who whilst having done a good job would be honest and make you understand your not really one of us LOL

both of you that it is it is great that we up here could get away with wearing a mackem shirt should we want to.(of course you wouldn't want to)
That in the past peopel used to support both teams no matter where in T & W they came from.

Although in my friendly banter I mouth off the mackems and smoggies, I always want them to be in the top flight, It can only be good for the region. Imagine Gateshead, and Darlington could get there too?
Look at some of the big cities without a top flight team - Bristol, Sheffield, Nottingham to name a few, I would hate it if we were in the same boat.:)
