Cut Throat Shave, Wet Shave - In Newcastle

I've been dying to get one of thes cut throat shaves for ages!

Is there anywhere i can get one here? also a facial massage.

for a good throat cutting but it's not that bad. Have you tried Fenwicks until i started recedeing i used to get my hair done there. (15 years ago admitedly) it was fab because although it cost between 13 and 20 quid the fella used to give me a bag full of samples they had had left over from the blokes aftershave counters i reckon i was quids up every time

I dont know of anywhere, I dont think you can get one in Newcastle - you mean like a Turkish Shave?

Just found one on dean street £15 for a wet shave or £20 for the ultimate shave? Dunno what the ultimate shave entails though. Looked on their website and couldnt see..owned by someone called shann mcdonald...ca't belive not many people do these wet shaves. Might have to pop in there as its quite central.

So for £20 how long does it take for the crew team to shave you? Is it 15 mins or something..what do you get?

I have had the works a few times. Used to work next to a Turkish barbers in Rowlands Gill. You could look it up - Xanadu if I remember rightly. It is a hair salon and beauty place also.

Don't think the barber is there anymore, but you could ask. There is still one between Westgate Road and Elswick. The ultimate, or full works includes an unorthodox but incredibly relaxing massage of the face, neck, shoulders, back, arms and wrists. Lots of cracks and twists, but leaves you feeling rejuvenated. Shave is close and does not leave irritation and it's like pampering, but in a masculine way ha.

Yeah, it would actually. Next year then - or a late gift lol. I wouldn't mind a try myself - the massage bit I mean :o, obviously not the shave
