I always put me bin out night before for collection which is always nearly full.

Problem - as soon as I put it out and locked up a neighbour comes and puts loads of bags in it. Sometimes if Ive more rubbish to put in the morning I cant get anything in. When the council start charging per weight what measures will the council have to combat this.

When will have a communal bin system like the europeans? Save on loads of bin men as well i suppose.

I agree i have been saying this for years evcer since this stuff was first mooted i can't believe the stupidity of it unless everybodies DNA is tracked every minute fo the day.

I can hear it now...

Councils strikes , unions involved blah blah blah, because of redundant bin men. Forget the fact it will reduce council budgets ect, save on waste, stop the tramps burning out wheely bins. what more do you want.

It;s actually being trialed now in Bristol.
