Aye the horrible little gits that throw litter our streets, graffiti our shops and cause mayhem. and never done a days work in their lives Someone burnt my wheelybin out last week WHY? The sad b****ds How do we fix the problem?

Thi unfortunately is he sort of thing young boys do and have always done i blame the councils for changing from the metal bins that used to contain the fires and never caused any further damage.

Sorry to be contrary and i know it will of been a hassle for you as you and or your neighbour will probably get find for over flowing their bin while you wait 15 month for a new one.
