I've just checked out rightmove and there is a studio flat in Blackfriars Court at guide price of £50,000. ??????

How cheap is that? Centre centre location at that price?

My word, I bet you and your misses could get that on your visa cards, lol and pay itoff as quick as you want lol. Mind you some people are saying that city centre flats coz theres a lot of them not filled will be the slums in a decades time, who knows?

I wish Mickey, my cards are maxed out, but i get your point. A £5k deposit and a mortgage of £45k would be too much for a flat in newcastle city centre
