Im thinking of waiting until the end of next year to buy a house due to current prices. I've heard reports that pices in 2013 will be the same as 2003 prices..what do you guys think? At the moment im looking for a house around the £270-£300k mark. These were going for around £330k last year.

Who knows?

I bought my upper flat last year for £187k. Maybe it was a bad move and I should have waited, but who cares I love it and didn't want to wait. Maybe in 3 or 4 yers things might get back to normal. As long as I have money to pay the bills and buy food and alcohol I don't care.:)

I think were close to our dip i now more folks lost their job at panasonic today but there can't be much more to go in the northeast, the car industry will pick up soon as the car fleet folk will have to replace the ones they didn't last year as they don't want the hasle or cost of doing repairs etc etc
