There is a credit crunch

a Bit Surprise you ahdn't noticed there are some marked changes to our economy you either ain't got a mortgage or ...no just got it you live at home with you mum and da sorry theres just you and your mum at home isn't there and you pay £25 a week board so no to you there is no credit crunch.

But ask your mam and yes there most definately is,

SO give her a raise in board money you selfish git.

Actually Tommy I bought my own home last year! I have lived by myself since I was 21 years old. So no I dont pay £25 a week board and my mother doesnt help me out with money at all (although she does help with my ironing). All I was saying was that people seem to be spending a lot still. If theres a credit cruch why are people walking around with bags full of expensive clothes. I have a friend who bought a house for £160000 which is now worth £155000 and he has a 100% interest only mortgage and he's still buying buying buying. He even took out a new loan on a vw golf. The banks should show more responsibility because there is no way he can afford it.

ITS ya mate who needs to take responsibility he can afford as long as he doesnt spend it on being a pretty boy Tell him she'll leave him if he has no house, any way he's one of the lucky ones i know of houses sold for 165000 last year which are going for 140000 this

Jamie!
What Credit Crunch? The crunch that has taken away more than half of all mortgages. the crunch that has come about after the northern rock and bradford and bingley was nationalised with our tax money. Do you think people will be able to live easily on overdrafts and credit cards as freely as they have? Now im no expert but c'mon Jamie its gonna be a tough year or so.

I wonder if Jamie would write the same same thing again? Loads of jobs going on Tyneside and to top it off Nissan are laying a load off too.

But thats because the mornings and nights are getting lighter

to beat this we can't let the traditional media pull us down in their sensational way it's just depressing.

As we are coming into the happier time of year lets start taklikng business and getting things done we do need to be careful what we spend and it would help to spend it locally we won't see the benfit long term if it just goes in to the poks of tesco boss teehee learhy.

Back the one northeast campaign to

think....Northeast...first.

Get in, the newspapers have made the dark mornings even more depressing--but I too have a funny feeling that things are getting better.

I've just arranged for a kitchen fitter to refit a few cupboards and he says that theyre busier than ever, and booked up for 6 months?

Is it really as bad as what people amke out?

Lets hope the car market does pick up too!

THe prices here are already showing to go up as we have been hit less than any where else in England so i think we'll see the economy around us doing well soon enough.
